LMNL was invited to design the brand experience for Ripple (XRP) in their new 125,000 sq. ft. global headquarters. Committed to the workplace and invigorating downtown San Francisco, the fintech company sought a partner that could bring their brand values to life for their most important audience: their employees. Working over 26 feature areas, our designs infused the space with hospitality amenities, custom artworks, and integrated technology.

To create a compelling workplace destination, we began by exploring Ripple's core values, particularly transparency. This informed our design of architectural interventions that created portals and sightlines across traditionally enclosed spaces. Embodying Ripple's "borderless" concept and addressing post-Covid return-to-office challenges, we reimagined the workspace by incorporating elements that typically draw people from their homes.

We integrated a wellness center, cafe, restaurant, arcade, rooftop bar, and gallery spaces with commissioned art, each given its own unique identity to preserve authenticity. This approach transformed the office into a multifaceted destination combining work, wellness, learning, innovation, art, and entertainment, all while reflecting Ripple's transparent and borderless ethos.

After designing the experience, we created a campaign to introduce the space and how to navigate it and use it with full launch materials including explainer videos, a launch product line of Aprons, mugs and even a snack line--"Ripple Pop"!

The result?

A client who proclaimed it "the best workplace in SF." LMNL is now designing the brand experience for Ripple in NY, Geneva, Singapore and beyond.
