Marcus Guillard

Partner, Spatial Design

As cofounder of Design/Build Studio One Hat One Hand, Marcus has spent the last 12 years designing and realizing complex spatial visions reflecting the highest level of quality. Working alongside architects like Gensler and Rapt Studio for clientele including Google, Apple, and SFMOMA, his portfolio showcases best-in-class environments and experiences. Marcus began his career as a photographer in New York, working alongside fashion and culture luminaries, Gilles Bensimon, Steven Meisel, and Annie Leibovitz.

Jamie Shaw

Partner, Narrative

After an early career as a copywriter and brand strategist, Jamie shifted her storytelling energy into multidimensional experience design, preferring to bring narratives to life in the built environment, through sensory and human touchpoints. Her work connects audiences through experiences that are empathic, evocative, and emotionally resonant. She has created brand work for Nike, Disney, and Google; served as Director of Brand Experience at Mod, and led globally acclaimed “pop-up with a purpose”, That Lady Thing.

Nick Moser

Partner, Creative Technology

Nick describes his work as designing better spaces for humans. With a robust roster of public art, placemaking, and tech-enabled experiences—as well as a Masters in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology—he specializes in immersive spaces that foster deeper appreciation of community, environment, and each other. His ventures have garnered press from New York Times, Scientific American, Vox, and University of Southern California, among others.

LMNL Studio is an omnispatial design studio specializing in solutions for workplace, retail, cultural institutions, and municipalities. Whether physical or virtual, our future environments and interactions must start with human-centric design and values-based storytelling. We develop strategic foundations, narrative frameworks, and design solutions to bring more humanity to our future places and pursuits. Our mission is to create purposeful interactions that educate, elevate, and inspire.

A Multidisciplinary Team

Paulina is an artist and illustrator turned graphic designer with 20 years of experience. After earning her MFA in Design from The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, she worked with brand agencies, architecture studios, and Fortune 500 companies. In 2016, she founded Nervy Studio, specializing in brand experiences for workplaces, healthcare, and hospitality markets. Paulina has collaborated with global brands like Google, McDonald's, Disney, YouTube, Oracle, Sony, Samsung, Microsoft, Johns Hopkins University, and UCSF.

Paulina McFarland

Head of Brand Studio

With a Masters in Urban Planning and Architecture from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, Eduardo brings a sophisticated understanding of placemaking and spatial design. Whether devising small-scale or city-wide projects, he is driven by the desire to create spaces that enhance and deepen the human experience. He pairs architectural instinct with spatial digital technology to design virtual worlds, while remaining grounded in the built environment.

Eduardo Terán

Computational Design

Claire is an experiential executive producer working at the intersection of physical and digital design. She specializes in managing projects and teams navigating emerging technologies and smart spatial design solutions. She has developed lasting relationships through her ability to find common ground and her resourcefulness, making a little go a long way. Claire's diverse experiences, having lived on four continents and visited all seven, contribute to her unique perspective. Some of her previous clients include Google, Microsoft, the Olympics, and FIFA World Cup.

Claire Jackson

Executive Producer

Anh is a designer, architect, and interdisciplinary design-thinker. Founder and Principal of Studio ANH, she works across media and scale from UX, branding, and creative direction to physical product design, digital environments and architecture. Her professional background includes WeWork, Google, and Snøhetta among myriad others. Anh has a degree in Engineering from Stanford University and Master of Architecture from Cornell University with Merit and Distinction in Design. She is a registered architect in San Francisco.

Anh Tran

Lead Architect

With 15 years spanning commercial interiors, spatial design, event design, and experiential production, Paulie blends creative vision with exceptional logistical expertise. She has led environments and experiences for leading brands across technology, fashion, finance, and the arts — including Google, Spotify, Intel, Hermès, Canada Goose, Oniverse, and Coach — bringing ambitious ideas to life from concept through execution, with a focus on spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and lasting impact.

Lauren is an interior designer, strategist, researcher, and user experience storyteller. As founder of ROKA Design Studio, she views the built environment, brand, human behavior, and technology as all intertwined to develop dynamic experiences that shape culture, innovation, and engagement. By designing for human variability, her work showcases inclusive design methods and a focus on user well-being. She has developed spaces for brands such as Netflix, Google, Hyundai, adidas, Bank of America, The Wall Street Journal, Verizon, and more.

Lauren Perich

Head of Interiors & Spatial Experience

Laurette brings a practiced eye to complex projects across public art, cultural programming, and the design of shared spaces. Serving as a creative strategist, she is a purpose-driven leader of long-range initiatives that build community, promote equitable inclusion, and invite access. In Houston, she oversaw the Art Blocks pop-up public art program, leading community engagement workshops that shaped the design of new gathering zones. From museums to municipalities, her work is defined by an ability to align diverse collaborators around a shared vision.

Laurette Cañizares

Senior Project Manager

Taryn brings 20+ years of signage and wayfinding experience to every phase of a project; from permitting and landlord approvals to fabrication, installation, and program implementation. She has led work across retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and commercial environments throughout the United States, known for navigating complexity with clarity and delivering solutions that land with intention. Her collaborative approach and deep industry fluency make her a steady hand on even the most layered projects.

Taryn Wilson

Project Manager

Fernando is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in San Francisco. With a background in brand, he has navigated projects from identity building in tech to commercial ad work in hospitality. His ongoing "Wavering Form" project breaks structure to traverse visual media, sonic landscapes, and observational study.

Fernando Sánchez

Visual Design

Emily is a Project Manager and Interior Designer working at the intersection of built spaces and technology. She has a deep background in software on the product and project sides at organizations such as Wired Digital, CNET, and Rhapsody. At STAMEN, she leveraged that background to deliver innovative data visualization and cartography projects to clients as varied as David Rumsey Map Center at Stanford, Allstate, WHO, and MPG Ranch. Her built design work includes boutique hotels and Victorian residences.

Emily Hobson

Project Manager

Nicola serves as a project lead aligning client stakeholder needs with LMNL skill sets. She brings a deep focus in marketing operations, resource management, project management, and planning. Prior to joining LMNL, she spent eight years developing new business, driving marketing campaigns, and leading branding and innovation projects for Eleven, Inc. A particular area of interest and experience is the wine and spirits category, where Nicola has produced brand innovation work for E.J.Gallo, brand storytelling for Old Trestle Distillery, and marketing at Ram's Gate Winery.

Nicola Violich-Bradley

Brand Partnerships

Charmin is an art consultant and engineer with 20 years of experience as a Civil/Environmental Engineer and over 15 years of experience as a curator, concept artist, project manager, and arts and culture strategist. She leads design, schedule and  budget development, and execution while engaging with local artists, developers, non-profits, agencies and community members. Art Is Luv is a certified Small Local and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and provides art awareness through exhibition, social media, strategic planning, and community engagement and advocacy.

 Charmin Roundtree-Baaqee

Art Consultant

Britt is a multimedia director with expertise in 3D animation, live action, motion graphics, and experiential video. His experience includes developing media for a broad range of applications, including video games, motion picture, broadcast television, corporate branding, and immersive experience for clients across technology, entertainment, finance and more. A multi-hyphenate talent, Britt has founded his own animation studio, brought brand to motion at Landor, and created augmented reality for a Disney Cruises campaign during the pandemic.

Brittnell Anderson

Multimedia Director

Andrew is a senior producer, and multidisciplinary "Maker of Things". With a background spanning from traditional advertising production to industrial design, he takes a holistic approach to every project, always sure to consider space, form, and brand. He especially enjoys the collaborative working style to push the boundaries of creativity, while keenly staying within the confines of production realities. Some previous clients include Google, Levi Strauss & Co, and BMW.

Andrew Devansky

Senior Producer

Gregory is a narrative-driven creative director with a sharp eye for story and a diverse background spanning film, robotics, game making, and musical composition. His work spans formats from experiential to animation to VR, and always centers on character, clarity, and craft. He’s led projects and campaigns for clients like Google, Warner Bros., Imperfect Foods, and T-Mobile, working at exclusive boutique agencies to in-house Fortune 50 teams.

Gregory Schram

Narrative Lead

Nina is a project manager and curator specializing in public art and placemaking across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. With over 25 years in the creative industries, she has delivered landmark works by artists such as Robert Indiana, Alexander Calder, and Anish Kapoor. Currently leading Jewels in Riyadh—part of the Riyadh Arts 2030 master plan—she transforms cities into open-air galleries that connect art, place, and community.

Nina Goodale

Project Manager

Joshua is a senior creative technologist and art director specializing in interactive installations, AR/VR, web applications, robotics, and LLMs. He has worked with top agencies like Goodby Silverstein & Partners and Battery, collaborating with brands such as Samuel Adams, Dalí Museum, and Adidas. His ongoing robotic and drone work with street artist KATSU explores the boundaries of human-made art, while outside of work, he develops assistive devices for artists with disabilities and quirky video games.
