Marcus Guillard

Partner, Spatial Design

As cofounder of Design/Build Studio One Hat One Hand, Marcus has spent the last 12 years designing and realizing complex spatial visions reflecting the highest level of quality. Working alongside architects like Gensler and Rapt Studio for clientele including Google, Apple, and SFMOMA, his portfolio showcases best-in-class environments and experiences. Marcus began his career as a photographer in New York, working alongside fashion and culture luminaries, Gilles Bensimon, Steven Meisel, and Annie Leibovitz.

Jamie Shaw

Partner, Narrative

After an early career as a copywriter and brand strategist, Jamie shifted her storytelling energy into multidimensional experience design, preferring to bring narratives to life in the built environment, through sensory and human touchpoints. Her work connects audiences through experiences that are empathic, evocative, and emotionally resonant. She has created brand work for Nike, Disney, and Google; served as Director of Brand Experience at Mod, and led globally acclaimed “pop-up with a purpose”, That Lady Thing.

Nick Moser

Partner, Creative Technology

Nick describes his work as designing better spaces for humans. With a robust roster of public art, placemaking, and tech-enabled experiences—as well as a Masters in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology—he specializes in immersive spaces that foster deeper appreciation of community, environment, and each other. His ventures have garnered press from New York Times, Scientific American, Vox, and University of Southern California, among others.

Rachel is a brand consultant, educator, and innovator—expert at distilling an organization, product, or point-of-view to its emotional and strategic essence, then designing experiences and environments that resonate with the right audiences. She has led the strategy practice at Elephant and MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER and co-founded beauty robotics company, LUUM. She teaches graduate level brand and design strategy at California College of the Arts.

Rachel Gold

Head of Strategy

Claire is an experiential executive producer working at the intersection of physical and digital design. She specializes in managing projects and teams navigating emerging technologies and smart spatial design solutions. She has developed lasting relationships through her ability to find common ground and her resourcefulness, making a little go a long way. Claire's diverse experiences, having lived on four continents and visited all seven, contribute to her unique perspective. Some of her previous clients include Google, Microsoft, the Olympics, and FIFA World Cup.

Claire Jackson

Executive Producer

Anh is a designer, architect, and interdisciplinary design-thinker. Founder and Principal of Studio ANH, she works across media and scale from UX, branding, and creative direction to physical product design, digital environments and architecture. Her professional background includes WeWork, Google, and Snøhetta among myriad others. Anh has a degree in Engineering from Stanford University and Master of Architecture from Cornell University with Merit and Distinction in Design. She is a registered architect in San Francisco.

Anh Tran

Lead Architect

With a Masters in Urban Planning and Architecture from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, Eduardo brings a sophisticated understanding of placemaking and spatial design. Whether devising small-scale or city-wide projects, he is driven by the desire to create spaces that enhance and deepen the human experience. He pairs architectural instinct with spatial digital technology to design virtual worlds, while remaining grounded in the built environment.

Eduardo Terán

Urban Planning

Nicola serves as a project lead aligning client stakeholder needs with LMNL skill sets. She brings a deep focus in marketing operations, resource management, project management, and planning. Prior to joining LMNL, she spent eight years years developing new business, driving marketing campaigns, and leading branding and innovation projects for Eleven, Inc. A particular area of interest and experience is the wine and spirits category, where Nicola has produced brand innovation work for E.J.Gallo, brand storytelling for Old Trestle Distillery, and marketing at Ram's Gate Winery.

Nicola Violich-Bradley

Brand Partnerships

Paulina is an artist and illustrator turned graphic designer with 20 years of experience. After earning her MFA in Design from The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, she worked with brand agencies, architecture studios, and Fortune 500 companies. In 2016, she founded Nervy Studio, specializing in brand experiences for workplaces, healthcare, and hospitality markets. Paulina has collaborated with global brands like Google, McDonald's, Disney, YouTube, Oracle, Sony, Samsung, Microsoft, Johns Hopkins University, and UCSF.

Environmental Design Lead

Irina is a creative strategist and curator specializing in public art, placemaking, and community enrichment. With a decade of experience in communications and marketing, she excels in planning and managing creative projects. Irina serves as a strategic intermediary between public agencies, the commercial sector, and the creative community. Her expertise in engaging diverse audiences and fostering collaboration ensures the successful execution of large-scale projects in civic, private, and public spaces.

Strategic Partnerships

Fernando is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in San Francisco. With a background in brand, he has navigated projects from identity building in tech to commercial ad work in hospitality. His ongoing "Wavering Form" project breaks structure to traverse visual media, sonic landscapes, and observational study.
