LMNL worked with the Agenus Founder/CEO and a team of scientists to understand their groundbreaking advancements in immunotherapy. Tapping into the motivation and mission behind their work, we created a digital installation for the lobby and a monumental public art sculpture on the Emeryville, CA campus. The sculpture, “Momentum”, is comprised of 5 mirrored spires stretching to the skies, each with external facing video screens that project light shooting upward in dynamic motion, symbolizing the aspirational “reach” to end cancer. The narrative in the digital installation zooms into the wondrous micro-universe of our cellular system and out to the greater galaxies, suggesting our shared humanity in the global fight to end the deadly disease.
